Custom Dog Tag Set

I had good service on my first order. I was a little disappointed on my second order. I listed two phone numbers on one of the tags and ask the numbers be spaced out. One of the numbers was correct, the other had the numbers printed as one long number, no spaces

I do a lot of physical training such as running and cycling. I don’t carry a wallet but wanted some form of Identification in case of an accident. These ID tags were the perfect solution! With name, birthdate, two contact numbers and some medical information I had the basics covered in case the worst happens. These came out perfect and were shipped very fast. Couldn’t be happier! I’ve already recommended them to several friends.

The quality of the tags, ball chains, and silencer was fine. The imprint was deep and concise. There was a typo that differed from the text I submitted, so that the emergency contact number on the tag is wrong I have sent an e-mail to sales@dogtag.com but have not had a response yet. I hope to get this resolved. I really like the quality of the product, but with the wrong number on it it's pretty much useless for my purposes.

The tags themselves are excellent. I actually have these on my dogs, as the engraved versions you get at the pet stores eventually become unreadable. The only negative is that the silencers don't stay in place.
